Mr Kamal Kishore Gupta

Mr. Kamal Gupta, Founder of the Company, has extensive experience in various industries including, Construction, Industrial, Consumer Goods and Education. Coming from a financial background, an Alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce, a law graduate from Delhi University and a degree in Management Accounting and Company Secretary, Mr. Gupta has worked for leading MNC’s like Gillette, P&G, Fonterra and Global Schools Foundation. In his career he was responsible for leading a number of M&A transactions, Financial Restructuring, Cost Benefit drives and Management Strategies. Having served as a Director on the Board of many companies globally including public listed companies, his vast experience in financial and strategic management comes handy for KMAP. He has worked and lived from east to west (India, UK, USA, Singapore, UAE) and has extensively travelled globally. He has been a keen investment strategist and is known for his mentorship of young professionals as well as a guide and counsellor to many.

Mr Lajpat Rai Gupta

Director

Mr. L. R. Gupta comes with a vast experience of over 35 years in the field of finance where he has worked with several Indian Public Sector Undertakings. He spent over 25 years with Gail (India) Limited and retired as Global Operations CFO (Executive Director – HOD Finance). During his tenure, Mr. Gupta was the principal person responsible for raising more than US$ 2 Billion in debt for Gail. He was also a Director on the Board of Gail Gas Limited. Mr. Gupta’s experience in the financial domain gives KMAP an edge in providing specialized expertise for the Financial Services Industry. Currently, Mr. Gupta besides providing leadership guidance to HLG &CO, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Financial Advisors, is also the advisor for many other big and small Oil & Gas sector companies in India.
